Doug advises insurers and corporate insureds on property damage, construction, product liability, professional indemnity and complex coverage disputes. Dual qualified in Australia and England and Wales, he brings international expertise to WK’s Perth practice.

Justin Khouri – Property, Energy & Infrastructure, Melbourne

Justin specialises in commercial property damage disputes, advising insurers, reinsurers and cover holders across first- and third-party matters including complex liability claims, coverage disputes and subrogated recoveries in the construction, engineering and energy sectors.

Laura Lombardo – Pro Bono, Sydney

Laura leads our access to justice and strategic litigation practice, bringing substantial experience in complex public interest litigation for individuals, First Nations communities and not-for-profit organisations across State, Federal and High Courts.

Matt O’Donnell – Professional & Financial Risks, Brisbane

Matt specialises in financial lines claims across directors and officers liability, professional indemnity, defamation and management liability, and is known for cutting through complex disputes to deliver cost-effective strategic advice and commercial outcomes for clients.

Sophie Crowther – General Liability, Melbourne

Sophie specialises in general liability claims involving personal and workplace injuries, product liability and property damage, with experience acting for leading national and international insurers across the construction, retail, sporting and leisure industries.

Tushka Sridharan – General Liability, Melbourne

This round of promotions follows a strong six months for Wotton Kearney, marked by continued investment in our people, capabilities and growth strategy.
