- Defending a range of design & construction professionals in state Supreme Courts, including defending an engineering firm in long-running class action proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW brought by residents of a Sydney suburb.
- Defending local and international insurers in litigated coverage disputes. This includes defending insurers in NSW Supreme Court proceedings brought by one of Australia’s largest financial services companies, with a total claim value exceeding $300 million. This also includes defending insurers in a highly complex coverage dispute regarding a claim on a professional indemnity policy specific to a major infrastructure project.
- Advising Australian and London insurers on complex coverage issues regarding design & construct professionals and large-scale loss mitigation claims. This includes providing advice on policy response with respect to claims arising from residential developments and major state-funded infrastructure projects.
