- Acting for an enterprise resource platform (ERP) implementation expert in defence of a claim brought in respect of alleged defects in a Microsoft Dynamics365 solution and associated alleged misleading or deceptive conduct.
- Acting for an AWS Premier Cloud Consulting Partner in defence of a claim in respect of issues arising from a migration from an Azure to an AWS cloud environment.
