Sam is an experienced insurance litigator who focuses on material damage/ business interruption and professional indemnity claims.

Sam has successfully resolved litigated claims against local authorities, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, project managers, building surveyors and architects.  He has also acted for a variety of professionals facing disciplinary complaints.

Sam has a deep knowledge and interest in insurance and has provided coverage advice on a number of MDBI, D&O, cyber, health and life insurance matters.

In addition, Sam has broader litigation experience, including acting in a large commercial arbitration matter and appearing at the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care.
