Nick clients include a range of Australian and international construction companies and consultancies, including engineers (civil, structural, engineering and mechanical), D&C contractors, building surveyors and project managers. He has acted in some of Victoria’s largest construction and infrastructure disputes. He practises and appears regularly across several different Australian jurisdictions.
Nick also practices in the area of defamation, having acting on instructions from associations liability and management liability insurers in a range of litigated and non-litigated claims.

- Acting for design engineers in litigated proceedings involving the alleged improper design of retention systems for a new water storage facility (reservoir system) in regional Victoria.
- Acting for D&C contractors in respect of the alleged inadequate design of a large-scale university health centre project in Canberra.
