  • Defending common law claims brought by injured workers and recovery proceedings issued by the Victorian WorkCover Authority.
  • Defending insured entities in claims brought under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Representing a manufacturer in a statutory recovery claim in which the VWA withdrew the claim entirely on a ‘bear own costs’ basis.
  • Defending workers compensation and statutory recovery claims in the Tasmanian jurisdiction.
