- Undertaking a document review of a sensitive business email compromise.
- Providing secondary assistance to Wotton Kearney’s Healthcare team by assisting healthcare professionals on matters under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Privacy Act 2020, the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and the Coroners Act 2006. Emily also assists healthcare professionals in responding to Medical Council of New Zealand complaints.
