Our Marine and Transport team provide a broad range of legal services to the insurers of shipping, aviation, road, rail, logistics, mining and trading commodities across Australia, New Zealand and the APAC region. We advise on policy drafting and coverage, as well as significant litigated and non-litigated insurance matters across the marine and transport industries.
Our experience spans casualty crisis management, ship arrests, judicial sales of vessels, cargo claims, marine insurance advisory work, logistics and chain of responsibility advisory work, and charterparty litigation and negotiation.
We also advise on insolvency, cross-border transactions, and traditional disputes involving land-based transport under trade, transport, shipping and maritime insurance law.
