Monique specialises in general liability with particular focus on personal injury claims, multi-party disputes and abuse claims. She has managed complex claims involving catastrophic injuries, high value exposures and multifaceted liability issues. Over her career, Monique has developed a deep understanding of the legal issues, notably providing advice in matters featuring intricate liability and quantum issues. Her approach is grounded in thorough investigation, strategic evaluation and clear communication, ensuring that each claim is handled with precision.  

Monique has developed the trust and respect of key internal and external decision makers and stakeholders for many of the firm’s largest insurer clients operating in the insurance realm and works closely with insureds, self-insureds, brokers and international insurers operating out of the London market. 

Monique also has significant prior experience acting for all major CTP insurers in NSW.
