  • Acting for a Rolls-Royce dealership in relation to a product liability claim brought in the Supreme Court of New South Wales under the ACL. 
  • Acting for a government entity in relation to a multi-million recovery action as a result of a flooding event at the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
