- Defending strata companies and property managers in public liability claims arising from negligent repairs and maintenance involving complex contractual indemnities.
- Defending claims for both pure psychiatric harm and dependency, including acting for a security contractor in relation to a murder at a state facility.
- Advising a traffic management company in relation to a WorkSafe WA investigation involving significant injuries to multiple workers, resulting in no prosecution being brought by WorkSafe WA.
- Defending owners and managers of shopping centres, licensed premises, and retailers in relation to ‘slip and trip’ type claims.
- Defending statutory recovery actions brought by workers’ compensation insurers against third parties in the mining, construction and retail sectors.

- Advising manufacturers and suppliers, ranging from large electronics retailers to waterparks, in respect of product liability claims arising from products with safety defects that result in personal injuries.
