Miranda is detail-oriented and known for her quality advice. She regularly appears in the NSW District and Supreme Courts.   • Defending intentional tort claims for false imprisonment, assault, battery, trespass, malicious prosecution and misfeasance in public office, and personal injury claims brought against government agencies, including historical abuse claims.
  • Before joining Wotton Kearney, Miranda worked as a lawyer at the Office of the General Counsel, NSW Police Force. In this role, she maintained a large practice comprised of complex intentional tort matters and ex gratia, property damage and hurt on duty claims, had primary carriage of the festival strip searches class action, and worked on the Lindt CafĂ© siege inquest.
