She advises employers and insurers across all areas of EPL, including advising and appearing in the Fair Work Commission in general protections and unfair dismissal applications, advising and appearing in discrimination and sexual harassment disputes in the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board and the Australian Human Rights Commission, defending WHS prosecutions, and acting for employers in SafeWork investigations. Grace also has experience in advising on modern award coverage/underpayment claims, workplace investigations, employee disputes/grievances (including management of ill/injured employees), and contract and executive disputes. She has also advised on restraint of trade and breach of contract issues. In addition to representing employers, Grace has represented employees in relation to contractual disputes and workplace investigations.
Her other area of focus is in representing financial services and legal professionals, including defending allegations of professional negligence involving breaches of duty of care, misleading and deceptive conduct, and misrepresentation.
