Stephen is a senior associate in Wotton Kearney’s general liability team and practices primarily in public sector litigation.

Stephen has experience in public liability, intentional torts, personal injury, and subrogated recovery claims. His recent focus has been in assisting clients to navigate the sensitivities of the abuse claims sector.

Stephen’s technical skills and understanding of the commercial aspects of claims management and litigation, together with his understanding of the priorities of government agencies, allows him to achieve timely and appropriate outcomes.

Since being admitted, Stephen has always practiced exclusively in general liability.
