William has extensive experience acting in litigation and disputes on behalf of government agencies and insured entities. His work primarily involves personal injury and matters where there are allegations of sexual and physical abuse against people working and volunteering in religious, residential and educational institutions, and in the foster care environment.

Before joining Wotton Kearney, William gained experience working in the litigation and disputes team at an international law firm where he was involved in a range of litigated matters in courts of all levels in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

William has also acted on behalf of plaintiffs in many personal injury actions. This experience gives him valuable insight into the relationship dynamics between plaintiffs and their legal representatives. By understanding this dynamic, William adopts a balanced approach to achieve practical and commercial outcomes for his clients.
