Subashini has a particular focus on employment practices liability, professional liability and management liability. She advises a broad range of clients, including professionals from the business services sectors and small medium enterprises. Subashini specialises in advising on complex coverage issues for major insurers in the Australian and London markets arising from financial lines claims, including D&O and management liability.

Subashini brings a wealth of professional experience to Wotton Kearney, including extensive experience within a professional claims management team at a national insurer and underwriting facility. Subashini’s in-house experience gives her a valuable insight into the relationship between insurers, brokers and insured clients. Applying this, she adopts a balanced approach and works to achieve a pragmatic resolution for all involved.

Subashini has also seconded at an international insurer during her time at Wotton Kearney. In that role, she provided claims handling assistance to the Australian claims team and support to underwriters in relation to a number of D&O, management liability and professional liability claims.
