- Defending insurers in a THB 700 Million D&O policy claim at arbitration under Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) Rules.
- Representing Insurers in a complex subrogation claim involving both jurisdiction of Thai Court against the manufacturer of the gas turbine generator blades, and ICC arbitration against the LTSA contractor of the gas turbine generator.
- Defending leading International Insurer in a Thai Court litigation relating to a policy claim for business interruption under ‘infectious and contagious disease extension’ resulting from COVID-19 pandemics.
