She assists the General Liability team with a range of matters focusing on property damage, product liability claims and statutory liability. She also supports the financial lines team in employment and professional indemnity matters, assisting in claims against engineers, accountants, land developers and surveyors.
- Assisting insurers and their clients in professional indemnity claims.
- Preparing indemnity and defence advice to insurers on property damage and product liability claims.
- Assisting with the defence of health and safety matters against WorkSafe investigations.
