Rebecca’s expertise also extends to third party property damage and coverage advice.
Rebecca acts for London underwriters and Australian insurers. She has experience working with a diverse range of government agencies and private insurers. Rebecca regularly appears in the NSW District Court and NSW Supreme Court and also has experience representing government agencies before the Coroners Court.
Rebecca has previously been seconded to QBE Insurance and assisted in the transition from the previous Motor Accidents Compensation Act to the Motor Accidents Injuries Act, including the interpretation and application of the legislation to claims.
