Rachel advises on Victorian personal injury claims, including public and product liability, workplace accidents, statutory recovery actions, and sensitive and historical abuse matters. She has also advised on claims arising from injuries sustained during sports, leisure and recreational activities, such as mountain biking, shooting and gymnastics.

She regularly acts on behalf of builders and developers, nightclub and live music venues, security companies, shopping centres, cleaning companies and public services providers.

Rachel enriched her experience by completing a one-year sabbatical working as an associate to Her Honour Judge Robertson at the County Court during 2021–2022. In that role, Rachel assisted Her Honour by preparing case summaries, conducting legal research, and drafting and proofreading judgments.
