Caitlin represents a broad range of clients in various industries including mining, manufacturing, construction, entertainment and retail. She regularly appears in the Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court, where she has been involved in several high-profile matters, including a class action.
Caitlin spent a significant amount of time on secondment in the liability claims team within a large multinational insurer. That experience has given her a unique appreciation of the challenges and needs of her clients, and has informed her commercial and pragmatic approach to the management of litigated and unlitigated claims.

- Defending manufacturers and suppliers in product liability claims arising from products with safety defects that result in personal injuries and/or property loss.
- Advising insurers on product liability claims involving manufacturers and suppliers of medical and therapeutic products.
- Defending recovery proceedings brought against manufacturers of electronic goods that have allegedly caused fires and subsequent property damage.

- Acting for excess layer insurers in relation to a class action arising out of a large bushfire.
- Acting for insurers of logistics companies in proceedings involving large loss motor vehicle collisions.
