Myfanwy specialises in representing government and insurer clients in responding to personal injury claims regarding allegations of institutional and non-institutional child sexual and physical abuse. These matters involve complex liability and quantum issues, and require balancing the minimisation of further trauma to the claimant and the interests of our clients.
Prior to entering the private sector, Myfanwy had extensive experience in personal injury claims in relation to CTP claims for insurer clients, as well as significant pro bono experience. She utilises this experience in undertaking thorough investigations of liability and quantum issues in her current matters and skilfully balancing her trauma-informed response whilst maintaining the interest of her clients.
