Emma focuses on financial institutions and services and aiding in a range of liability matters such as Professional and Directors and Officers Liability. She provides support for a range of litigation matters, for solicitors and other professional liability matters.  Her work concentrates on insurers and their insured licenced professionals who face disciplinary proceedings following claims of professional misconduct, professional negligence, financial appropriation, and wrongful advice. Emma also assists in fire and property claims including supporting senior counsel in acting for major insurers and their customers in significant major property loss matters.
