Jessie has also managed a diverse range of claims on behalf of NSW Government agencies across several areas, including public liability, professional indemnity, sexual abuse and discrimination.

- Representing the owner of an after school care centre in a claim involving a child who suffered a hypoxic brain injury when a scarf she was wearing became wrapped around her neck as she was playing on a piece of equipment.
- Representing the owners of a strata plan regarding serious injuries sustained by a claimant who was allegedly forced to climb out of a window in a toilet located on common property after she became “trapped”.
- Successfully defending a claim on behalf of a shopping centre owner at trial, which involved personal injuries sustained by the claimant when she was struck by a third party driving a motorised mobility scooter inside a shopping centre.
